A newly constructed home has special appeal to many buyers, and getting involved early in the process offers you the opportunity to have input on the colors and fixtures for your house. While it is always enjoyable to decorate a home, there's simply nothing like knowing that it was designed to your specifications! |
Process/Steps
- We will build on your land or lot anywhere in our
area; or you can choose one of our properties.
- Choose from one of our many floor plans or bring
your own plan.
- We work with three local lenders that are very
informed and up to date in the new house lending.
- Grading of the site will begin, your foundations set
then framing will begin.

- After your home is complete, your final walk-thru
will be done.
At closing you will be given your One year
workmanship warranties and your eight year
structure warranty.
We will need to see your survey and if the property has public water etc…. your new home will be built in approximately 120 days!!! |
